The Floating City of Quelm follows Oda, a lordless samurai squash and Trunk, a headless warrior, as they search for the elusive City of Quelm in a distant world in chaos known as the Drifting Lands. The Floating City of Quelm is an animated fantasy saga taking cues from Chanbara (samurai) cinema and traditional comic book adventure stories, while paying homage to the works of Hayao Miyazaki.
